Almond coffeecake

Today, I tried a new recipe—–Cinnamon nut coffeecake. It’s a little difficult to make the topping, so I used sliced almond to replace the cinnamon nut topping. My two “customers” (my daughter and my mom) said it tastes good!

Ingredients:

1 cup sugar

3/4 cup vegetable oil

1 cup plain yogurt

3 eggs

1 tsp vanilla extract

2 cups all-purpose flour

1 tsp baking soda

1/4 tsp salt

1/2 cup raisins

Topping

sliced almond
